Description
Little Thatch is a detached cottage dating from the early 18th century. It is built of dressed limestone and features a half-hipped thatched roof with a brick stack on the left side. The cottage has a gable end facing the road and consists of a single storey with an attic, containing two windows. The central entrance is a planked door, with a three-light casement window to the left and a two-light casement window to the right. There is an eyebrow dormer on the left side with a two-light casement, and the right side has one two-light casement window in the attic. Attached to the left of the cottage is a timber shed with a thatched roof. The rear of the building has two-light casement windows and two dormers in the attic. The interior was not accessible during the survey conducted in October 1985.
