Description

126 High Street is a mid-19th century building constructed from red brick featuring blue diapering. It has a pitched tile roof with a gable end facing the street and consists of two storeys plus an attic. The ground floor includes mullion and transom casement windows with lead glazing bars, along with a panelled door that has a pointed fanlight, all sheltered by a pent tile canopy supported by octagonal posts with arch braces, moulded bases, and imposts. The first floor features an oriel window with a hipped tile roof and four pointed lights separated by a transom. The attic contains a tripartite casement window.
