Description

St Mary's School is a house built in the mid-19th century. It is constructed of squared, coursed limestone rubble with brick dressings and features gable stacks, topped with a double Roman tile roof. The building has a single-depth plan and stands two storeys high, displaying a three-window range. The front is double fronted and includes a late 20th-century porch that covers a half-glazed door, with timber lintels above the two-light casements. To the right, there is a later 19th-century single-storey extension, and to the left, a shed with a hipped roof, both made from similar materials. The interior has not been inspected.
