Description
Perry House, built around 1830, is a two-storey building constructed of Flemish bond brick with flint on the returns and rear, topped with a hipped roof made of Welsh slate and featuring gable-end brick stacks. The front has three windows and a central four-panelled door located in a porch supported by barleysugar posts with Corinthian capitals. On either side of the door are two-light casement windows with flat arches. The first floor also has three two-light casements. The eaves of the hipped roof are deep. The left side of the house features a six-panelled door and a two-light casement. To the right, there is a single-storey 20th-century brick extension with a hipped tiled roof. Inside, the house contains four-panelled doors and a central staircase with stick balusters.
