Description
The Manor House is a 17th-century house that was originally two cottages. It features a timber frame with brick noggings and a thatched roof. The southern end was rebuilt in brick during the 19th century, and the house was extended around 1960 into a former timber-framed barn at the northern end. The building is single storey with an attic, consisting of four bays, along with a barn that has three bays. The entrance is located at the rear. The framing has two panels high with corner braces. The rebuilt section is two storeys with two bays, a blocked central entrance, and canted flat-topped bays on the ground floor, all adorned with decorative leaded glazing. There is a central stack and an additional stack added to the right gable.
