Description
This is a row of three houses located on The Green, north of Tytherton House, built in the early 19th century and later extended. The houses are constructed from squared rubble stone and topped with a stone slate roof. They feature three ridge stacks, a coped east gable, and an east stack, with a lower west addition that has a west stack. The original structure appears to have consisted of two double-fronted houses, each with sash windows set in flush beaded surrounds. The left house has paired 12-pane sashes on each floor flanking a central door that is accessed through a 20th-century porch. The right house mirrors the left with similar sashes, a central door in a trellis porch, and a 16-pane sash window on each floor to the right. At the eastern end, a matching bay has been added, featuring paired 12-pane sashes on each floor and flush quoins at the southeast corner. A lower addition at the western end includes a door and a one-window range of 16-pane sashes.
