The building has a formal two-storey front with three windows, flush quoins, a plinth, raised bands, and a moulded eaves cornice. On the first floor, there are 12-pane sash windows on each side and a round-headed window in the center. The ground floor includes 16-pane sash windows on each side and a central half-glazed door with a hood supported by brackets. The side walls are also made of rubble stone and have two windows each.
