Description
The property is a late 18th-century farmhouse constructed of rubble stone with an imitation stone slate roof. It has two ridge stacks and end stacks. The farmhouse is an 8-window range, with casement pairs on the upper floor and triple casements on the lower floor. The windows have timber lintels, although some have been replaced with concrete. A central door is set within a 19th-century porch built of squared rubble, featuring a depressed-arched entry and round-headed lights on either side. A hip-roofed wing extends to the northeast. The farmhouse was a tenant property within the Neeld estate during the 19th and 20th centuries. It is included on the list for its group value.
