Description

Farmhouse. It likely dates from the late 18th century. The walls are roughcast cob, and the roof is thatched with half-hipped ends. The chimney stacks have brick shafts with toothed banding. The house has a double-depth plan, with two rooms wide and a central entrance hall containing the staircase. The exterior is symmetrical, with three bays. A four-panel front door has a three-pane overlight. There are three first-floor windows and two ground-floor windows, all with 12 panes. The interior retains original joinery, including a stick baluster staircase.
