The outbuilding located to the south-east of Ilsham Manor Oratory is possibly of late medieval origin but was rebuilt in the 19th century. It is constructed from local grey limestone rubble and features a hipped tiled roof. The building has a rectangular plan and is situated south-east of Ilsham Oratory, connected to it by rubble walls. It includes a modern doorway and windows. The interior has not been inspected. The site is likely to contain significant archaeological evidence.
