Description

Wharf Farmhouse is a two and a half storey painted brick house built around 1810. It features a mansard slate roof and gable end chimneys. The facade has three windows with modern casements and a central door. At the rear, there is a low painted warehouse outbuilding. To the right of the farmhouse, there is a mid-19th century two storey extension with two windows. The farmhouse is included in the listing partly because it survives from the area of the now lost Wilts and Berks Canal.
