Description

No. 16 on The Street is a 18th-century thatched cottage that stands one and a half storeys tall and is finished in pebble dash. The roof is half hipped to the left and features an eyebrow dormer. There are two ground floor windows, one of which is an angled bay, and a catslide roof at the rear. To the right, there is a mid-19th century two-storey extension made of painted brick, which was formerly a separate dwelling. This extension has a gabled porch to the left, two windows on the first floor, an angled bay on the ground floor, and double garage doors to the right. The entire building is topped with a slate roof and has two brick chimneys.
