Description

The walls flanking the alley to the south of No 19B and the garden walls of No 18 are likely from the early to mid 19th century and are constructed of rubble. The wall on the east side of the alley serves as the west wall of the garden and stands about 7 feet high, curving to the south. The west wall of the alley is slightly lower, while the east wall is made of brick. This structure is a charming example of rear-garden walling typical of a country town.
