Description

This is an 18th-century chest tomb made of freestone, located 6 metres west of the Unitarian Chapel in the churchyard of Frenchay Common, Winterbourne. The tomb features a moulded plinth, fluted pilasters at both ends and the centre, lozenges on the sides, and fielded panels on the ends. It has a moulded cornice and a chamfered slab. The inscription is illegible, but the earliest legible date on the tomb is 1726.
