Description
The raised terrace walls and vaults, along with steps to the north, at Rodway Hill and Rodway Manor are thought to date from the 16th century and may represent the basement storey of extensions to the manorial buildings. Considerable repairs were undertaken in the 17th century. The terrace is raised, crenellated, and buttressed, incorporating an arched passage beneath. Steps are located on the north side. The terrace is approached from an extension to the left of Rodway Hill and Rodway Manor and is constructed of rubble.
