Description

Nos. 52 and 54 on Rounceval Street are a pair of mid-19th century cottages. They are constructed from squared coursed rubble and feature slate roofs with stone verges and a central ashlar chimney stack. The cottages are one storey with an attic and each has one window. The windows are 2-light casements with painted stone quoins and moulded stone dripmoulds that have returned stops. The first floor includes gabled dormers. The doors also have painted quoins and dripmoulds with returned stops.
