Description

Nos 48 and 50 Rounceval Street are a pair of cottages dating from the late 17th century to early 18th century. They are constructed of rubble with a Double Roman tile roof and feature a brick stack. The cottages are two storeys tall. No 48 has two windows, while No 50 has one window; all windows are 2-light casements with plain chamfered stone surrounds and mullions, topped with flat dripmoulds. The doors also have plain chamfered stone surrounds, complete with keystones and relieving arches.
