Description
No. 115 is a house located on the south side of High Street in Marshfield. It dates from the late 17th century to early 18th century and is constructed from ashlar stone with a 20th-century tiled roof. The building has two storeys and features five bays, with channelled end pilasters. There is a continuous moulded string course above the ground floor and a moulded cornice above the first floor. The windows are two-light casements with moulded mullions and surrounds, and plain aprons below. The central entrance consists of a six-panel door set within a bolection moulded architrave, topped by a carved stone shell hood supported by carved consoles. Cross ends to tie bars are visible at the cornice level.
