Description

The Drewett Tomb, located 10 yards to the north-east of the north-east corner of the north aisle of the Parish Church of St Mary, is a chest tomb dating from the late 18th century. It is constructed from limestone ashlar and features plain square panels along with enriched corner pilasters that show traces of paint. This tomb is part of a notable collection of classical and local tomb designs, significantly enhancing the setting of the church.
