Description
No. 7 Gascoyne Place is a house that was originally part of a terrace, built in the early to mid-19th century. The front features slate hanging, including a parapet, and there is a rendered stack on the right side. The house has a double-depth plan and a porch that is accessed by a straight flight of steps on the left. It stands three storeys high over a basement and has a two-window range. The windows are 20th-century horned copies with glazing bars, while the ground floor has round-arched windows. The porch includes a round-arched doorway with a moulded architrave, a margin-glazed fanlight, and a two-panel door with a glazed top panel. The interior has not been inspected but may be of interest.
