Description

No. 74 Dunstone Road is a wing of a former larger house dating from the 17th century. The building is constructed of stone rubble and timber framing, which is now completely covered in roughcast. It features a steep slate roof and has a large original rubble end stack on the left side. The structure is small, with two storeys and a one-window range. The windows are late 18th century two-light casements with glazing bars. There is a doorway on the right side that has a shallow slate-roofed porch. The interior has not been inspected.
