Description

Louville is an 18th-century house located on Church Road, Plymstock, Plymouth. It has a double-depth plan, likely featuring two rooms at the front and a central entrance hall. The front of the house is pebbledashed, with some of the original slate hanging remaining in the front gable; the roof is dry slated. The symmetrical front elevation has three windows, with an original Venetian sash window in the central gable, retaining a moulded frame and thick glazing bars. Other windows are 20th-century replacements, consisting of transomed lights with leaded glass. The central doorway has a 20th-century partly-glazed door. The interior was not inspected but is likely to be of interest.
