Description
Sluice Farmhouse is a farmhouse dating from the mid-17th century, with a 19th-century extension. The building is rendered and features a double Roman tile roof with brick stacks. It has two storeys and four windows, which are 19th-century two-light casements. There is a 19th-century door located off-centre to the left, set within a 20th-century porch. To the right, there is a 19th-century wing that has two storeys and three windows. Inside, the farmhouse includes stop-chamfered beams and two large inglenook fireplaces. One fireplace has moulded stone jambs, while the other features a deep chamfered lintel with a moulded and chamfered shelf.
