Description

Picton House is a large, three-story house dating from the early to mid-19th century, built in the Grecian style. The stucco-fronted central section projects and is crowned by a triangular pediment. Paired pilasters rise from a first-floor string course and feature elaborate capitals decorated with an anthemion motif. There are two sash windows with glazing bars on this central facade. The central entrance is distinguished by a projecting surround. The lower, two-story side wings each have a single window and feature pilasters and cornices at the ends.
