6/67 Gatepiers to Row of Ashes Farmhouse 9.2.61 G.V. II

Gatepiers. C18. Limestone piers, 2.5 metres high set in garden wall of rubble with stone coping. 2 piers with cavetto moulded cornices and large ball finials with linking semi-circular cast iron arch, probably late C19 in date. Simple C19 wrought iron 2-leaf gates between piers.
