Description

The Bennet pedestal tomb, located 11 metres south of the south porch door of the Parish Church of St. Andrew, dates back to 1788 and commemorates George Bennet. It is constructed from freestone and features a very large urn on its weathered top. The tomb has a single block pedestal with an inset panel, a moulded base, and a plinth that was formerly surrounded by a railing.
