Description

Honey Hall is a late 18th-century semi-detached house located on Honey Hall Lane in Congresbury. Originally listed as Honey Hall Farmhouse, it has a colourwashed rendered exterior and a 20th-century double Roman tile roof. The main south-facing front has three windows over three storeys, forming an L-shaped plan with a rear wing. Ground and first-floor windows are 16-pane sashes, while the upper windows are 12-pane sashes, with a central 9-pane sash to the upper floor. A central first-floor window is distinguished by a semi-circular head and features a 6-pane sash. The central entrance has a four-panel door topped with a semi-circular spoked fanlight and an open pedimented hood supported by plain brackets. The exterior details include a string course band, a blocking course, a coped parapet, and end stacks – one of brick and the other rendered. A later extension to the left-hand side is in separate ownership and known as The Cottage.
