Description

Clarence Court is a detached house built in the late 18th century, with some alterations made in the 19th century. It features random red sandstone and a double Roman tile roof. The west front has two storeys and four windows. On the ground floor, there are three early 19th-century two-leaf French windows with reeded architraves, star-shaped decorative angle blocks, and marginal glazing; the central window also serves as a door. The upper windows are 12-pane sashes, with the end bays featuring simple ironwork balconies. The roofline was raised in the 19th century, and there are stone stacks at each end. There are later additions on both the right and left sides, with the left side including a 20th-century canted glazed window.
