Description

Oakwood is an attached cottage dating from the mid-18th century. It features brick walls constructed in both Flemish bond and header bond, topped with a Roman tile roof. The cottage has brick stacks at the end gables and stands two storeys high, with three windows that include a mix of 2-light casements and 19th-century sashes. The front door, located to the left of centre, has four fielded panels and two top lights, dating from the 20th century. To the right of centre, there are coach-house doors made of planks with strap hinges and a wooden lintel above.
