Description

No. 61 on Common Lane is a house built around 1800, with later additions and alterations. The structure is made of colour-washed coursed rubble and features brick quoins, topped with a thatched roof that has gable ends. There are brick stacks at both ends of the original range. The house is two storeys high and has three windows in the original section, which are fitted with 20th-century one and two-light casements under wooden lintels. The original central door has been replaced by an entrance in a 20th-century extension to the left.
