Description

Minster House is a 17th-century cottage that was refaced in the 19th century. The front is made of whitewashed brick, while the rear features rubble walls. It has a thatched roof that is hipped on the right side and gable-ended on the left. There is a brick stack located to the right of the center. The building is single storey with an attic. On the ground floor, there are three three-light wooden casement windows with horizontal glazing bars set under segmental arches. Above these, the dormers feature three-light ovolo moulded wooden mullioned windows with central opening lights. Inside, the cottage has stopped chamfered beams and a 17th-century plank and muntin partition with moulded muntins.
