Description
These are a pair of semi-detached houses dating from around 1800. They are built of brick in a Flemish bond pattern, with a tiled roof, gable ends, and brick stacks at each end. The houses are two storeys high with an attic, and originally had a five-window front. A shop was later added to the left-hand ground floor. The right-hand upper floor window has a single sash with glazing bars, set within a moulded architrave. Two upper floor windows to the left are 2-light, 4-pane casements. Two upper floor windows to the right are fixed windows with horizontally pivoting ventilating lights and glazing bars. A single 20th-century dormer window is located on the left side, featuring a 2-light casement. All windows are set under flat brick arches. The central double entrance has original moulded panel doors with windows above, set within moulded architraves. A hipped porch made of timber latticework is positioned in front of the entrance.
