Description
The Bull Inn is a cottage that has been converted into an inn, likely dating from the 17th century, with additions and alterations from the 19th and 20th centuries. It features walls made of rubble, brick, and render, topped by a hipped thatched roof with a central brick chimney. There are additional brick chimneys at the ends, which were probably added later. The building is single storey with an attic and has mainly 20th-century wooden casement windows with glazing bars. To the north, there is a 19th-century stable range constructed of coursed squared rubble, also with a half-hipped thatched roof, and it includes two sets of plank double doors. Inside, there is a fireplace with chamfered jambs and a bressummer, along with a deep chamfered ceiling beam. A newel staircase is located beside the fireplace, and the attic features exposed wind braces.
