Description
Sunnybank, located on Mount Pleasant, consists of six consecutive properties numbered 1 to 6. The buildings were rebuilt in 1884, although No. 6 appears to date from the early 19th century. The structures are primarily made of hammer-dressed stone, while No. 6 features rubble with red brick dressings. They have pitched slate roofs and red brick stacks, standing two storeys tall with attics. Each property has five ranges of casement windows with glazing bars, segmental heads, and keystones, along with five modern attic dormers and five modern porches. No. 6 has one range of casement windows with glazing bars. The group of Sunnybank properties is of collective significance.
