Description

Nos 60 and 62 North Allington are early to mid 19th century buildings constructed of hammer-dressed stone with a pitched slate roof and red brick stacks. They are two storeys tall and feature four ranges of windows. All windows are late 19th century casements, except for one sash window with glazing bars on each floor of No 62. The entrance to No 62 has a door with two round-headed moulded panels and a segment-headed fanlight. These buildings are part of a group that includes Nos 22 to 80 (even) and Nos 1 to 13 (consecutive) on Portland Place.
