Description
Lyes House is a detached house dating to the late 18th century, with alterations to the windows in the 19th century. It is constructed of brick with a thatched roof and has brick stacks at each gable end. The house has two storeys and originally had three windows, which are widely spaced 3-light wooden casements with horizontal glazing-bars, each with an ashlar stone lintel and keystone. The front door, located centrally, is a 20th-century plank door with two glazed lights. A brick barn attached to the west end is not of special interest.
