Description

These are two semi-detached cottages built as a pair, dating from the late 18th century. They are constructed of coursed rubble-stone with a thatched roof, which is half-hipped at each end. A brick stack is centrally positioned on the ridge. The cottages are two storeys high, and feature symmetrical window arrangement with four windows in total. The windows are wooden casements, containing either two or three panes of glazing-bars, with wooden sills and lintels. Each cottage has a front door in the centre, constructed of planks within a wooden frame, and these date from the 19th century.
