Description
This churchyard memorial consists of four table-tombs and is located approximately 8 meters east of St Nicholas Church. It dates from the 19th century and features a stone-on-stone common plinth with flat tops. The railing that once surrounded the tombs is missing.
The first tomb is dedicated to John Christie, who died in 1839, and Susanna Christie, who died in 1857. The second tomb commemorates Robert Chisholm and George Chisholm, both of whom died in 1854. The third tomb is for George Chisholm, who died in 1825, and two individuals named Jane Chisholm, who died in 1854 and 1862. The fourth tomb honors Charlotte Fowle, who died in 1821, and Mary Fowle, who died in 1855.
