Description

This is a cottage, likely built in the mid-18th century. It has walls constructed of rubble stone, with brick corners. The roof is thatched, with a brick chimney stack on the right-hand side and another along the ridge towards the left. The cottage is one-and-a-half storeys high, with an irregular arrangement of windows. Most of the windows are two-light casements with glazing bars. A 20th-century porch with a glazed door and a corrugated iron roof has been added. This building has group value, contributing significantly to the character of its surroundings.
