Description
The dwarf wall and railings to Shaul House, located on the north side of Yeovil Road, date from 1625 and are contemporary with the house itself. The wall is flanked at either end by ashlar piers that feature a stone cornice and peaked capping. The uprights of the railings are topped with spear-headed finials. This structure is part of a group that includes Shaul House, Woodview, Gayton, and Verna, along with their respective dwarf walls and railings.
