Description

This is a mid-18th century semi-detached house on Salisbury Street, Cranborne. It is constructed of brick in a header bond pattern, with a rendered end wall. The roof is tiled and features brick stacks at the ends. A decorative brick course runs along the eaves, featuring modillions. The house is symmetrical in design, with three bays. The windows are sashes, from which the glazing bars have been removed from the lower lights. There is a blind window on the upper floor, centrally located. The window and door openings are topped with flat arches made of gauged brick, each featuring a stone keystone. The central entrance is a six-panel door, protected by a flat hood.
