Description
Two attached cottages, built in the early 19th century. The walls are of rubble stone with dressed stone quoins. They have a thatched roof with a gable facing onto High Street. There is a brick stack at the left-hand gable and a further stack on the right-hand party wall. The cottages are two storeys high with three windows in total. These windows contain 2-light wooden casements with glazing bars; the sills are of wood and concrete at number 61. A 19th-century plank door within a wooden frame is located on the left-hand side (number 61), and a similar plank door with a single glass light and wood frame is on the right-hand side (number 62). Both doors have segmental arches over their heads.
