Description

The wall and railings enclosing Shaftesbury Congregational Church date from around 1615 and are located on the north-east side of Mustons Lane. The low wall is made of greenish stone and features a coping. The railings have spear-headed finials on the uprights and urn finials on the standards. These elements are contemporary with the church itself. The wall and railings, along with Nos 3 to 7 (odd) on Mustons Lane, form a group with No 33 Bell Street.
