Description

This is a later 19th-century building of three storeys, presented in three facets. One bay faces onto High Street, while a five-bay facet fronts onto Mustons Lane, with a splayed bay at the corner. The front is stuccoed. The windows on the corner are round-headed. A second-floor window is distinguished by a square-headed, moulded stuccoed architrave with a small pediment above. The windows have reveals, and their glazing has been altered. There is a small, later 19th or early 20th-century shop front. A central doorway is located within the splayed angle of the corner. Numbers 48 to 54 (even) and 54A form a group.
