Description
The Digby Estate, located at Fermoy on Coldharbour, dates from the 18th to 19th century and is a two-storey building featuring three window bays. It consists of two parallel ranges, with the rear range being lower. The walls are made of stone rubble, and the roof is a plaintile gabled type. The building has sash windows that are four panes wide, with the lower windows being segmental headed and wider. There is a segmental headed doorway with a half-glazed door. On either side of the garden, there is a stone rubble boundary wall that extends to dwarf walls and railings along Coldharbour. The dwarf wall has a capping, and the railings feature uprights that alternate between spear-headed and spiked finials, along with circular standards topped with urn finials.
