No. 10 Fordington High Street is an 18th-century building constructed of stucco with a pitched slate roof and rendered stacks. It stands two storeys high and features two ranges of sash windows with glazing bars set in moulded flush frames. The entrance door has four flush panels and is framed in a Tuscan style.
