Description

No. 45 South Street is an 18th-century former net factory. The building is constructed of coursed rubble and has a slate roof. It stands two storeys tall and features six ranges of sash windows with wide frames and gauged stone voussoirs. The doorway has an original six-panelled door framed by a neo-Georgian ashlar surround. At the rear, there are three ranges of sash windows with glazing bars.
