Description

Dolway Cottages are a pair of mid-19th century cottages located in Winterborne Whitechurch. They are constructed of brick and feature a tiled roof with a nearly central brick chimney. The cottages have a brick plat-band and exhibit an asymmetric design. They stand two storeys tall and have a three-window range, with a gabled bay on the right. The windows are two-light cast iron casements with diamond panes, set under segmental brick arches that include stone keystones. There is a plank door located in the right bay. This building is an unspoilt example of Victorian architecture and is considered to be of above average quality.
