Description

Dairy Cottage is a detached cottage built in the mid-19th century. It features stone walls that are roughcast and a clay tile roof with gable ends. There are brick stacks at the left gable and a coupled stack at the front gable on the right side. The stone gable copings have level kneelers on the left and inner right gables. The cottage is one storey with attics and has five windows, which are 2-light cast-iron casements with a lozenge pattern of glazing bars from the 19th century. One bay of the house extends out on the east side. On the east wall, to the right of the center, there is a porch with a segmental-arch entrance and a pitched slate roof, featuring a plank door.
