Description

The wall encloses the churchyard surrounding the tower of the former Church of St Mary, and may date back to the medieval period. Constructed of coursed rubble and squared rubble, it completely surrounds the tower. The coping is rounded and made of stone, likely dating to the 18th century. A stepped stone mounting block is attached to the north-east side of the wall.
